Sputini — the Italian word for snacks and light bites — is our daily lineup of Italian-inspired sandwiches and small plates, wrapped in branded paper and stacked behind the counter. Each is made fresh in the morning with imported cured meats, table cheeses, and produce from the Fireland market.
A quieter, slower companion to espresso.
Seven USDA-organic teas — served in branded porcelain in the café, and sold in 1.06 oz (30g) packs of 15 sachets for the pantry. The blends were chosen to complement the Amaro coffee program and to give every guest a graceful non-coffee option.
